Facilitation

“Facilitation” shares the root of the French word “facile” – to make easy, to help and to remove barriers. The role of facilitator is to create and operate the process of helping individuals and groups to reach their goals, by effectively managing conflicts and differing agendas.

The introduction of new culture and behavior standards is an emotive and complex process. Expert facilitation is necessary to analyze corporate culture diagnostics results, develop behavioral change programs, review the results of program roll-outs and to develop action plans.

An effective facilitator combines neutrality with group dynamics expertise, and possesses relevant experience and tools. Expert facilitation is especially valuable when working with cross-cultural teams in international companies. Our broad international experience in facilitation supports clients in  effective decision-making.
